Basic machine:
- Universal hardness tester for all standardized test processes such as Brinell, Vickers, Rockwell, Knoop and plastic processes.
- Brinell, EN ISO 6506 / ASTM E10 • Vickers, EN ISO 6507 / ASTM E92 • Rockwell, EN ISO 6508 / ASTM E18.
- Brinell and Vickers indentations can be easily measured by means of an incremental linear scale.
- Testing load ranges: 9.81 N – 2450 N for type M4U 025/250 or 49 N – 7350 N for type M4U 075/750 Machine body made of cast iron and ergonomically designed.
- Test anvil movement via hand wheel (M4U 025/M4U 075) or motor-driven test anvil (M4U 250/M4U 750).
- Electronic test forces via load cell, closed loop and machine software.
- Selection of the test method, tolerance limits and testing cycle time via LCD operating surface with touch screen.
- Objectives and indenters at the motor-driven swivelling body can be changed manually.
- Fivefold measurement turret M4Z 600 as an option.
- Conversion of hardness values according to DIN EN ISO 18265.
- The software includes extensive data management (import/ export function) and statistics functions.
- With the new generation of M4C hardness testing machines even the occasional testing of components is made very easy.
