Movipol-3

Portable electrolytic polisher for non-destructive preparation. The polishing is carried out by recirculating electrolytes to the tip of a polishing pencil which is pressed against the workpiece.
The polishing current is provided by built-in rechargeable batteries or from a 42 V safety transformer. All parts of Movipol-3 form a compact unit, equipped with transport handle and shoulder strap. The dimensions are only 410 x 200 mm. Microstructure replicas can be obtained by using the Transcopy Kit.

Transpol-2

Portable grinding and polishing machine for non-destructive preparation. The 32 mm grinding and polishing discs are mounted on a flexible extension allowing mechanical grinding and polishing of otherwise inaccessible surfaces. Motor speed can be adjusted up to approximately 8500 rpm by a semi-conductor circuit. Transpol-2 is placed in a compact unit which is very easy to transport.

The total weight of the unit is only 5 kg.

PSM-2

Portable microscope for non-destructive testing areas where an ordinary microscope cannot be placed. PSM-2 can be used for off-site examination of replicas produced using the RepliSet kit. Magnification of 100x, 200x and 400x.
